What are our estimated delivery times in Australia?
At Service Parts Australia we thrive to get you the auto parts you need as quick as we possibly can. We do this by stocking thousands of products in our centrally located Sydney distribution centers. This allows us to generally dispatch your order on the same day if your order is in before 2pm Monday – Friday. Generally, between:
- 1-3 business days from dispatch date for major metropolitan areas
- 1-7 days for rural area and WA.
- Courier’s pickup Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays, so you can expect your delivery on the same days (Mon-Fri) within standard working hours.
We have combined with leading couriers and state of the art warehousing capabilities so that we are able to be completely transparent during the whole process. We will continue to provide you notifications and update you if there are any changes to your order.
Do we deliver internationally?
Right now, we are only shipping domestically to Australian addresses through our website. If you are requiring a delivery overseas, please contact us directly and we will be able to provide you with a quote.
What is the cost per delivery?
A huge part of our belief system at Service Parts Australia is to make sure you get a good deal out of every purchases you make. That is why we have chosen to break the norm of no minimum delivery amount and provide free postage on all orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking code via email. You will receive regular updates on the progress of your delivery and will be able to use the link to follow your parcel.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, at this point in time we can not offer pick up so we have worked to ensure that our delivery procedures are as efficient as they can possibly be. We are hoping to make it available for you very shortly so be sure to check back soon and keep an eye out!
Can I cancel or change my order?
We take pride in the speed we take to get your order out to you and therefore if you have ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday then your order is generally dispatched that same day.
That’s why if you need to change or cancel your order, we suggest calling us ASAP on … and we will do the best we can.
Same day delivery
If you are requiring a part urgently and need it for that day, then please contact us and we can try organise a same day delivery. Keep in mind that you will need to get in contact before 11am and there will be increased delivery fees.
What happens if I’m not there to receive the delivery?
Except for express deliveries, all home deliveries require a signature when received. If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card will be left instructing how to call and arrange another delivery time or to collect your order from the delivery agent.
We strongly urge you to organise delivery to a location which is attended throughout regular business hours.
If you would like us to give the courier authority to leave (ATL) your delivery, please include that in the notes.
