Warranty
All parts sold by Service Parts Australia are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty and go into effect from the day of purchase. The warranty differs between suppliers so get in touch with us if you require more information. We will replace or refund all products which have incurred a major failure, such as;
a) The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality.
b) The product is not suitable for its intended purpose.
c) The product does not match the sample provided.
d) The product has been incorrectly described.
All returns will require you to be able to provide proof of purchase with a Service Parts Australia receipt as well as being submitted within 30 days of delivery. Returns will only be provided for products that are unused and in a saleable condition as they were when they went out for delivery. This must include all original packaging including all manuals and accessories. No electrical components will be accepted for return if the packaging seal is broken.
For all products which satisfy these conditions, return postage expenses will be incurred by Service Parts Australia.
Service Parts will follow through all claims under the stated warranty issued by the manufacturer.
In an unlikely event of this happening please make sure the correct process is being followed to ensure a successful outcome.
In the case of a part failing within the warranty period, please email us at orders@serviceparts.com.au and request a 'claim form’ and we will advise you the next steps.
Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, products may be returned within 30 days of purchase providing that they are in unused condition and are returned in their original packaging.
Ensure you have provided the correct delivery address. Buyers will be charged an additional postage cost if an incorrect address is supplied.
